An Allied Health Recruiter focuses on recruiting healthcare professionals in allied health roles, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical technologists. This role involves developing recruitment strategies and maintaining a talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Source and recruit qualified allied health professionals through various channels.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Compliance: Ensure candidates meet all licensing and certification requirements.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top allied health talent.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in allied health.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
